Overview: RJR Roofing and Home Repair came in looking for a logo, but the bigger need was a brand that could hold its own in the real world. To stand out in a crowded industry, the business needed a stronger and more consistent visual presence across the materials customers would actually see. I developed a full identity system for RJR and carried it across print, apparel, signage, and vehicle graphics to help the business look more professional and more established.

BRAND STRATEGY
The goal was to create a brand that felt reliable, approachable, and solid. In a service business like this, trust is a big part of the job, so the identity needed to feel professional without becoming stiff or overly corporate. It had to reflect both the work itself and the kind of experience customers could expect: straightforward, dependable, and personal.
VISUAL IDENTITY
The identity was built around Ryan’s initials, creating a custom mark that connected the owner directly to the business. The letterforms were designed to feel strong and structured, while the nail-inspired “J” tied the logo back to the trade itself. A deep green and golden yellow palette gave the brand a grounded and recognizable look that helped it stand apart from the more expected colors often seen in the industry.
BRAND APPLICATIONS
To make the identity useful beyond the logo, I extended it across the materials the business uses every day. This included business cards, stationery, brochure design, invoices, shirt and hat graphics, a vehicle wrap, yard sign, and door hanger. The goal was to make sure the brand felt consistent wherever someone came across it, whether in the mail, on the road, or on the job site.
OUTCOME
The result was a more complete and professional brand presence for RJR Roofing and Home Repair. Instead of stopping at a logo, the project created a visual system that helped the business look more established, more cohesive, and easier to recognize across real-world touchpoints.
